Authentication Errors

The messages below are returned by Yardi SOAP (Voyager) interfaces when credentials or login context are wrong. Yardi REST may surface different errors; use the Propexo data access panel and API responses for REST-specific troubleshooting.

Yardi has a variety of error messages that can be returned depending on what the incorrect portion of the credentials are.

Login failed. Please check login credentials and try again.

The Login failed. Please check login credentials and try again. error is a result of an incorrect username or password in your credentials.

Check with your customer to confirm these are accurate. We’ve also seen cases where Yardi will modify credentials, but give back the incorrect ones, so you can also try variations of old and new username and password combinations.
