Rate Limits
Entrata enforces 3 types of rate limits on a per API, per credential basis.
The 3 rate limits are per minute, per hour and per day.
Each rate limit definition is assigned to an API within the context of your credential set (for a single customer).
So, for example, the Entrata API to fetch new leads (leads/getLeads) may have a rate limit of 1,000 requests per minute, 5,000 requests per hour and 10,000 requests per day for your customer “ABC”.
But your customer “XYZ” could have a completely different set of rate limits for the same API — perhaps 500 requests per minute, 2,000 requests per hour and 5,000 requests per day.
Since the rate limits are per API, per credential, you can have different rate limits for different APIs for the same customer. Meaning, it is possible to get rate limited on fetching new leads, but not on fetching lease renewals (for example).
