MIX Integration Process

The MIX program allows technology vendors to integrate with MRI without going through the Partner Connect certification process. The MRI client funds the API access, and vendors authenticate using client-provided credentials.

Steps to Integrate via MIX

Step 1: Confirm MIX Eligibility

Ensure the MRI client has purchased the MIX API package. The client is responsible for this cost.

Step 2: Request the MIX Partner API Key

The client should have received this key via email from MRI. Ask them to share it with your team.

Step 3: Use the API Key for Authentication

Input the provided Partner API key into Propexo or your integration platform to begin configuration.

Step 4: Identify Required APIs

Work with Propexo to determine which MRI APIs need to be enabled for your integration.

Step 5: File a Support Case with MRI

Have the client contact MRI Partner Connect Support to request:

  • Web Services User ID
  • Web Services Password
  • Client Database Name
  • Client ID
  • Partner Name
  • MRI Version
  • API Farm URL
