There are four components of a valid App Partner credential:
RealPage API URL: Provided by RealPage via email.
License Key: Provided by RealPage via email.
PMC Id (Optional): If you only want to read data from a single PMC, you must specify this information. Otherwise, your integration will fetch data from all available PMCs that subscribe to your service.
Site Id (Optional): If you only want to read data from a single site, you must specify this information. Otherwise, your integration will fetch data from all available sites that have a PMC subscribed to you.
