Mutual client outreach

A mutual client will need to contact their Entrata account manager on your behalf to request the integration

Schedule an intro meeting with the Entrata integration team

During the meeting, you will discuss your integration use case and learn more about the Entrata program

Submit integration application form

Pay integration fees

The integration fees charged will be based on expected API usage as well as desired features:

  • To receive a sandbox environment and developer portal you must pay for the Select tier, which costs $25,000/year
  • To receive webhooks you must pay for the Premier tier, which costs $60,000/year

Receive API credentials and start building

  • If you have received a sandbox environment, then you can use that for integration development
  • If you do not have a sandbox environment, you will need to build using a client’s production environment
