Step 1: Apply

Begin by submitting the partnership application form at: https://go.myresman.com/partner-with-resman

Step 2: Review and Onboarding

The ResMan team will review your submission and reach out to discuss your use case, integration scope, and onboarding process.

Step 3: Access to API Documentation and Credentials

Upon approval, ResMan will provide access to their API documentation and confirm the credentials required to begin building your integration.

Step 4: Integration Setup

After receiving the necessary credentials, you can begin configuring your integration in your platform (e.g., Propexo). You will enter these credentials into the integration setup form to enable connectivity.

Integration Credential Requirements

To successfully configure your integration with ResMan, you must gather and enter the following credentials:

Customer Name

This is the name of the property management company or client you are integrating on behalf of. It should be entered manually in the integration form.

Integration Partner ID

Log in to ResMan, navigate to Admin > Users, then select API Users. Use the Name field of the appropriate API user as your Integration Partner ID.

API Key

In the API Users section of ResMan, click “Show” next to the Password field of the API user account to reveal the API key. This key is used to authenticate your integration.

Account ID

The Account ID is a unique identifier for the ResMan customer’s environment. This must be requested directly from ResMan. Refer to the ResMan API documentation or contact their support team to obtain it.
