Approval & QA Process

Approximate timeline from initiation to signed contract: 2-4 months

2

Receive preliminary approval

The SIPP Review Committee will review your application and provide an initial approval decision.

Approval requires that the vendor:

  • Has identified one mutual Voyager 7S client to pilot the beta version of the interface
  • Obtain and provide to Yardi written authorization for beta testing from the proposed pilot client
3

Execute the Data Exchange (DX) Agreement

  • Once the DX agreement has been signed, you will be charged for the SIPP Membership fee
  • Once payment has been received, you will be provided the following items needed to complete the integration:
    • License file
    • API documentation
    • Access credentials to the development/test site
4

Complete integration development

  • As part of the process, you can schedule time with Yardi Interfaces Support Team to request an intro call and demo of Voyager UI
  • Once you have completed integration development, you can submit the Vendor Questionnaire for the appropriate interfaces ahead of the QA session
    • The questionnaires are used to identify which API methods are to be tested during the QA meeting
5

Complete Yardi QA

  • QA session is an hour-long video call
  • You will be provided access credentials to the QA environment
  • Yardi team will view your side of the integration to confirm that the transferred data is being interpreted and handled correctly
6

Complete beta testing with pilot client

The pilot client must notify Yardi that the integration has been rolled out in their live environment and is in production for at least one property

7

Qualified and available to clients

Your integration will be included in the next interface plug-in release
