Approval & QA Process
Approximate timeline from initiation to signed contract: 2-4 months

Receive preliminary approval
The SIPP Review Committee will review your application and provide an initial approval decision.
Approval requires that the vendor:
- Has identified one mutual Voyager 7S client to pilot the beta version of the interface
- Obtain and provide to Yardi written authorization for beta testing from the proposed pilot client
Execute the Data Exchange (DX) Agreement
- Once the DX agreement has been signed, you will be charged for the SIPP Membership fee
- Once payment has been received, you will be provided the following items needed to complete the integration:
- License file
- API documentation
- Access credentials to the development/test site
Complete integration development
- As part of the process, you can schedule time with Yardi Interfaces Support Team to request an intro call and demo of Voyager UI
- Once you have completed integration development, you can submit the Vendor Questionnaire for the appropriate interfaces ahead of the QA session
- The questionnaires are used to identify which API methods are to be tested during the QA meeting
Complete Yardi QA
- QA session is an hour-long video call
- You will be provided access credentials to the QA environment
- Yardi team will view your side of the integration to confirm that the transferred data is being interpreted and handled correctly
