Managing API Access
This guide applies to the RealPage App Partner Program.
Confirming Contracted APIs
All signed agreements are available within the RealPage Developer Portal. This lets you confirm directly which APIs are currently contracted for your integration, without needing to check with RealPage directly.
Viewing Enabled APIs
From the Developer Portal, go to Explore APIs and select the APIs enabled radio button. This filters the list down to only the APIs you currently have access to, along with their related documentation.
Requesting Additional API Access
Any request for additional API access begins with submitting an Expansion/Add-On request from the Developer Portal.
Once submitted, the request goes through RealPage’s vetting process, which includes:
- Application review
- Potential security reassessment
- Commercial discussions
- Required contract amendment
- Recertification process
