Partner Connect Certification & Post-Certification
Once your integration is built and tested, the MRI Partner Connect certification process ensures your solution is technically sound, market-ready, and officially endorsed by MRI. This guide outlines the required deliverables, review steps, and what to expect after certification.
Certification Process
Technical Review Form
Submit a completed form via the Partner Portal outlining your integration’s use case, data scope, endpoints, and readiness for review.
Integration Guide
Provide technical documentation detailing setup, configuration, and maintenance. The guide must include:
- Cover page with your logo
- MRI Partner Connect logo
- Completion date
- Contact information
This is especially required for Payment and Screening integrations.
Recorded Solution Overview & Demo Video
Provide a recorded presentation that includes:
- 1-slide company introduction
- 1–3 slides covering client pain points and your solution overview
- 1–2 slides highlighting key features and differentiators
- A 30–90 second screen recording demonstrating end-to-end data flow through your MRI integration
Technical Review Call
MRI will host a 30-minute review session to:
- Observe your demo
- Review your technical materials
- Ask clarifying questions
Internal Sales Kit
Create an internal enablement deck using MRI’s PowerPoint template (found in the Partner Portal). It must include:
- Playbook (positioning, benefits, discovery questions, differentiators)
- Partner Details (regions served, contacts, integration summary)
- Business Case (ROI examples, reference clients, links to external proof)
- Battlecard (competitive talking points and objection handling)
External Sales Deck
Provide a 3–5 slide deck MRI sales reps can use in client-facing conversations. It should cover:
- Your company and product overview
- MRI-specific pain points and value proposition
- Integration details
- Proof points (e.g., case studies, quotes, business outcomes)
Data Sheet or Overview Webpage
Share a public-facing data sheet or marketing page describing your product. MRI will use this content to build your dedicated Partner Landing Page. It should include:
- Key value proposition
- Features and differentiators
- Integration description
- Optional partner video
- Contact form link (MRI will route leads to your team)
After Certification
Once you’ve completed all required certification deliverables and passed the review process, you will receive formal recognition and visibility within MRI’s ecosystem.
What You’ll Receive
- MRI Certified badge (for use on your website and collateral, per branding guidelines)
- Inclusion in the MRI Partner Directory
- A live Partner Landing Page on mrisoftware.com/partners
- Sales enablement distribution via MRI’s internal Seismic platform
Ongoing Support
- MRI offers bi-weekly technical support calls for questions, testing, or updates.
- You can request updates to your landing page and collateral as your product evolves.
- You’ll be notified about API updates, integration versioning, and deprecation timelines.
Note on Product Families
Each MRI product family (e.g., MRI PMX, MRI Qube Horizon) requires its own certification. If your solution supports multiple MRI platforms, you must complete this process separately for each one.
