Registered Vendor Credentials

There are several components of a valid Registered Vendor credential:

  • PMC Id: Found in the Developer Portal - go to the Manage Integrations page.
  • Site ID: This can be found in the Developer Portal. Go to the Manage Integrations page and drill into the client’s Active sites.
  • API Key: Provided by RealPage via email.
  • Username: Provided by RealPage via email.
  • Password: Required if attempting to read data from Pricing and Availability ODE.
  • FTP Credentials: Required to access the SDE Convergent Billing interface. All details are to be provided by the client.
