Handling Deleted Records in Propexo

Overview

Property Management Systems (PMS) sometimes delete records as part of normal operations.

Unlike systems that mark a record as deleted, many PMS platforms simply remove the record entirely, making it difficult to detect deletions.

How Propexo Handles This

Deleted records can be tricky to manage, as PMSs do not provide a consistent way of signaling when something has been removed.
