# Create Resident Payment: ResMan

POST https://api.propexo.com/v1/resident-payments/resman/

Create Resident Payment: ResMan. Important note: ResMan requires that the property management company approve partner (API) generated charges and payments. To do this, the PMC must go to the "Partner Transactions" tab in the ResMan portal and approve each transaction.| Interface           | Method                             |

## Authentication

This endpoint expects a _v1_resident-payments_resman__post_input.

- `integration_id` (string, required) — The Propexo unique identifier for the integration
- `resident_id` (string, required) — The Propexo unique identifier for the resident
- `payment_type` (enum, required) — The method of payment
  - Allowed values: `ACH`, `Cash`, `Cashiers Check`, `Check`, `Credit Card`, `Debit Card`, `eCheck`, `Money Order`
- `batch_id` (string, required) — An identifier for the transaction batch. This should be unique to your system.
- `transaction_date` (string, required) — The transaction date of the resident payment
- `description` (string, required) — Description of the resident payment
- `notes` (string, required) — Notes associated with the resident payment
- `amount_in_cents` (integer, required) — The amount of the resident payment, in cents
- `reference_number` (string, required) — The reference number for the resident payment
