# Create Resident Payment: Rent Manager

## Request

This endpoint expects a _v1_resident-payments_rentmanager__post_input.

- `integration_id` (string, required) — The Propexo unique identifier for the integration
- `resident_id` (string, required) — The Propexo unique identifier for the resident
- `transaction_date` (string, required) — The transaction date of the resident payment
- `notes` (string, required) — Notes associated with the resident payment
- `amount_in_cents` (integer, required) — The amount of the resident payment, in cents
- `reference_number` (string, required) — The reference number for the resident payment
- `charge_code_id` (string, optional) — The Propexo unique identifier for the charge code
- `allocate_prepays` (boolean, optional) — Whether to allocate prepays to the resident payment. This is a flag passed directly to Rent Manager
